All of our families have been through a rigorous screening process. Most of the time, we work with repeat families so you’ll get the chance to chat with their previous Outbacker before you sign an agreement.
Weekly Pay
Each week, you’ll be paid $190 USD (or more if you have more childcare experience!). On top of that, your accommodations and meals are included. Nine times out of ten, your host family provides access to a car during your free time as well.

Before you even arrive, you’ll have access to our friend group chats. You can plan weekend trips, explore the city and beaches, and go out in your free time together. Living abroad is a great way to make new lifelong friends.
